The time taken to complete the refresher will vary from person to person. As a general guide, the FSS refresher course is predicted to take between 2- 4 hours to complete and gain recertification.

It is important to remember that you do not need to complete the entire refresher in one sitting. Breaking up your session can be helpful to properly remember the knowledge you learned in the previous sections of the food safety course.

The course is comprised of case studies, online lessons, and multiple-choice questions. If you are based in Victoria, you may choose to conduct this course in one of our face-to-face classes.
